Homelab Self-Hosted Android

The S20 FE
Private Cloud

Repurposed a Samsung S20 FE 5G with a broken display into a zero-cost, zero-noise private server. Bypassed Android's Phantom Process Killer via ADB commands to keep the stack stable above 5 GB RAM. Deployed Jellyfin, Navidrome, Uptime Kuma, and Homepage, secured globally via Tailscale — 5 weeks of troubleshooting, zero monthly fees.
